Confirm of the reservation
The reservation is considered valid only if it is followed by the payment of the deposit. You can leave it through a money order to our address, through a bank transfer - the data will be sent you by email- or through a credit card.

Arrival
On your arrival, the rooms will be at your disposal from 03.00 p.m. If you arrive after 08.00 p.m., we pray you to inform us. In case of deferred arrival, we will debit you til the 100% of the price of the whole reserved period.

Departure
On your departure’s day we pray to leave the rooms free by 10.00 a.m.

Early departure
In case of early departure, we will debit you 100 % of the price of the whole reserved period.

Payment
We accept every kind of payment: cash, credit card (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, ED CARD) and Bancomat.

Cancellation/Notice
The reservations can be cancelled only in writing. For the notices until 30 days before the day of your arrival, the deposit will be given you back. If you cancel after this date, you will lose your deposit.

Generally, the UE regulations for the notices of stays and travels are valid. If you cancel a stay or you start it later or end it earlier, we will debit you the stay for the whole reserved period or respectively we will not give you back the paid deposit. The international terms regarding the cancellation are valid (Place of jurisdiction: Trento)

According to the law, the whole structure represents a non-smoking zone.

The specific reductions are valid for children in rooms with two paying adults.

Animals
In order to avoid disagreeable situations, your animals cannot enter in the structure.

Internet
If you want to surf the Net you can use the Wi-Fi access after payment with your computer.
